HDPE High-density polyethylene

PS Polystyrene
Ideal for non-technical, short use, normally disposable products; for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and also for very complex products
ABS Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
Both smooth and embossed applications in technical sectors, casings and containers for every sector, internal parts for fridges and freezers; good shock resistance and thermal stability, even at low temperatures
PET Polyethylene Teraphthalate
Long-lasting, excellent transparency, an alternative material to PC, it does not require pre-drying before transformation; ideal for lids, covers and transparent domes for every industrial sector
PMMA Polymethyl methacrylate
For surface applications in co-extrusion; it has good resistance to humidity, chemical products and corrosion
PC Policarbonate
Ideal for components exposed to high temperatures 130 °, to humidity, to sunlight, lighting engineering applications; it requires pre-drying before transformation
PP Polypropylene
Ideal for food containers, it has good impermeability, to water vapour, does not absorb humidity, good resistance to chemical agents and high temperatures
PVC Polyvinyl chloride
Ideal for blister packs, tubs, good resistance to chemicals, flameproof, can be welded at high frequency
PLA Polylactic acid
Ideal for food containers, material derived from polylactic acid, biodegradable and compostable, perfectly transparent in appearance
Mater-Bi Biodegradable and Compostable
Ideal for food containers, of every kind, neutral colour or coloured, a material derived from corn starch, biodegradable in water solutions
ECM  
Ideal for food containers, a 1 % additive of PS or PP renders the material plastic, biodegradable e compostable
