Starting from a pallet having the height fixed in 150 mm from the ground for the use with the transpallet on 4 sides,lati,
the other 2 dimensions X and Y are free adaptable to the customer needings starting from the dimension of
mm 600x600 untill mm 1400x1400
It is easy to insert a layer on pallet and this operation is free of error with Jollyplast automated handling layers
with rotation on 180°. The rotation correctness is garantited by the coloured stripe on one side of the layer
The pallet is garanguaranteed untill 4000 kg in statical use and it is designed to be coupled with the
Jollyplast automated handling layers. The pallet, the layers and the cover are designed to be handled by steel, plastic and fibre strap
The cover for the pallet is designed to fit over the automated handling layers in a so perfect way that it is possible to
position a second pallet level over the first one in a stable and checked way
The X and Y dimensions are extremly customizable mainaning the initial load guarantees and the general working methods with
the rivetted layers, with the groove method and with the glue method (only with ABS pallet and layer)
The layers have automated handling method so that they are automatically packed at the right distance one from the other during the
transportation from one place to one other during both the steps of the load and unload
